1 SCALED GOPHY
Ingredients: 160gr of gofio, 600ml of fish stock or stock, 1 sprig of mint, half a red onion, salt.
In a cauldron we have the fish soup boiling, we turn off the heat and add the sprig of mint. We cover the cauldron and let it rest. In a hondilla We put the gofio and we add the fish broth little by little and stirring constantly so that groups do not form. And we see if it needs a little more broth or gofio, it doesn't have to be thick.
A pinch of salt.
Cut some onion wedges to accompany the dish and some mint leaves to decorate.

- SWEET GOFFIO PELLA
Ingredients: 200gr of gofio, a glass of water, a tablespoon olive oil, honey or crushed banana, salt.
First we put the gofio in a hondilla , we add water, oil, honey (banana scaled) and we are stirring little by little. We put a pinch of salt and see if it needs more water or gofio. It should be somewhat thick so that you can mold it with your hands and give it a cylinder shape. We cut it into slices and eat.
- GOPHIO MOUSSE
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 600ml of whipping cream, 110gr of Gofio, 4 large tablespoons of condensed milk, 30ml of whole milk.
We separate the whites from the yolks in different bowls.
We beat the yolks a little and add the condensed milk. We put the gofio and we continue stirring, finally the milk and stir until we get a homogeneous mixture.
In a hondilla large we beat the cream and add it with enveloping movements.
We mount the whites to the point of snow with some rods (if they have a mixer with rods it will be faster) and we add it to the mixture with slow movements.
Once it is well mixed, we transfer it to individual bowls and to the fridge. Tasty tasty.

First we put the gofio in a hondilla and in a separate bowl we add the water, the salt and the sugar and we are stirring little by little, then we add the oil. We see if it needs more water or gofio. It should be something thick that you can mold it with your hands and give it a cylinder shape. We cut it into slices and eat.

Ingredients: 200gr of gofio, a glass of water, a tablespoon of olive oil, honey or crushed banana, salt. Colored shavings, chocolate, grated coconut ...
First we put the gofio in a hondilla , we add water, oil, honey (banana scaled) and we are stirring little by little. We put a pinch of salt and see if it needs more water or gofio. There should be something thick that you can mold it with your hands and shape it into balls of about 2cm. Decorate with the chips and enjoy a gofio treats.
