A dreamer never gives up. "Do not stop dreaming"

We spoke with Araceli Socorro, "Aerobic Dreamer Club" at the Juan Carlos Hernández Sports Center, in Jinámar, a space where we have located to learn more about this great professional on the move.

Araceli Socorro, Shall we give a sport experience this Christmas?

Sport itself is an experience. I would give away and advise it as a gift.

How can we design this sports gift this Christmas?

Pointing a child to a sports activity throughout the year, considering itself the best gift experience.

Sign up son and mother / father to a sports activity where you can enjoy sports as a family and, if you give a sports activity this Christmas to your hiking, climbing or any sport partner, seek to share the weekend together.

Chemistry always

Physics or chemistry?

Chemistry always. Not physical. People relate to each other by chemistry.

What do you recipes for your students?

Tolerance and having more hearing and less mouth. Everyone wants to give their opinion. Learn to listen. Do not judge so much. It's what I've learned, I apply it to myself the first time. In my class, which I work with many girls, it is difficult because there are many leaderships. It is a class with boys and girls with more or less resources, they have to be respectful, empathize.

In activities where dance and aesthetics are involved, you have to be tolerant. This is easy and difficult. Easy to understand and difficult to do.

The ego works a lot in the classes. The first mine. It is intended that they learn tolerance, helping to build a better society from dance.

Do you come out of dissatisfaction or melancholy here?

I don't know if here. Yes I know, that with any physical activity in general. Movement generates endorphins. You can dance in a class indoors or you can go to nature. Movement generates well-being, the thing is to move.

Any physical activity will generate well-being

What is the compass that you follow every morning to enjoy your freedom?

I don't use a compass. I get up and I am free. I don't feel like I'm tied to anything. The more years go by, the freer I feel. I understand that I have the decisions about all the actions of my life, what I decide and do well, and what I am wrong, I have decided.

I feel free and I give thanks for that every day. I am a lucky person.

How many years have you been dancing?

Dancing from the time I was in front of the second, I was on TV "you are watching 2" and since the classical music began, I got up to go to the screen to move and, then my mother signed me up in ballet.

Ballet started at my school as an extracurricular activity, classical ballet. I have a photo when I was six years old, I started with five years in ballet and I am in that photo dressed as a ballerina, disheveled, dirty from playing and dancing.

I publish that photo a lot on social networks, because I am very much myself. From there, I never disconnected from dancing in all aspects of my life, because dancing I am happy.

Dancing i'm happy

What do you dream when you dance in your classes?

I don't know if it's a dream.

I enjoy seeing them, feeling them.

I teach, trying to make them learn and I receive a lot. I really enjoy it.

The choreographies I do are created by me without copying anything. Although the songs are the fashionable ones. I create the choreography and I enjoy creating.

An important part of my job is creating a new dance for my girls. Knowing that they are all living, dancing something that I have done with passion and effort, introducing novelty and movements ... makes me happy. They are in their happiness. What they transmit by dancing is everything.

Is it a pandemic to be sitting at the computer in these times of teleworking?

Yes. Not only with telecommuting, but with the idle use of technology.

We don't need friends because we talk to them on Instagram.

The Canarian cooking recipes We don't ask Mom for them because we see them on the internet.

The pandemic is that we are using one resource for everything.

Is the best posture the one that does not last in time?

The best position is the one where you are a little uncomfortable so that you can move on to the next one.

Comfort is what makes us be in front of the mobile, computer or television and they think for us. They tell us what to wear, what to eat, what to have. They tell us, "the most of the summer, you can't be without this bag." Well, no! You can be without that and even without a bag. That scares people.

Are people afraid to stop obeying the sofa and the TV?

It is the state of comfort. Everyone wants to go out but they feel like… "I can't." Technology is addictive. The "yes, yes ... now" to drop the mobile happens to a child like a lady who does not want to stop seeing a "save me" or a person who does not leave the computer. So your tech work is amazing but your personal life you abandon it.

What does social media mean in your work?

Social networks are a means of transmitting what we do in an image. A resource for communicating with the ages I work with. In turn, it causes actual activities to not work.

I try to use social networks in the fair and basic. They are not the most important part of my activity.

What do you recommend for the next new year 2021?

I am not one to recommend. Well… I'm going to answer the question and tell people to move.

Confinement has served to spend time with the family. Then we went out to play sports. Now, we have also returned to sedentary life.

2021, movement
