What is the Vital Minimum benefit?
It is a benefit aimed at preventing poverty and social exclusion for people who lack the economic resources to meet their needs.
Who can request it?
People over 23 years of age who are not beneficiaries of a contributory pension or permanent disability pension.
Other requirements meet?
Do not exceed the amount of € 16.967,00 in equity, eg: the value of a second home. A first home does not count.
How much do you charge?
Currently they would be: € 469,93 for an individual beneficiary. Increase 30% from a second member. Ex: € 690,91 for two adults, 2 adults and a child: € 751,89
What documentation is required?
Certificate of registration. Have residence in Spain. Family Book. Current Account Number. Darde if you are unemployed and DNI.
How It Works
The right to the benefit arises from the month following the date of the request. They are maintained as long as the requirements that gave rise to their concession are met.
